maintenance, call 402-215-4900 or emergency maintenance, call 402-659-1344 (24 hours a day) If you are calling after business hours, you may be asked to leave a message. Someone will return your call
shortly so please leave your name and call back number. Remember
that rent is due on the 1st of every month and late charges start on the 4th. Please make your online
payment or mail your check to our office address so that we receive it on or before the 1st of the month.
If you need to drop off your rent payment or have someone pick it up to avoid late fees, please call us.

Prospective Tenants We have two ways you can fill out and submit an application
for one of our properties. 1.) Online:
You can submit an application online by clicking the online rental application link below. 2.) Fax or email: Click the Rental Application link to the
left to download a blank application. You can fax your completed application to us at 886-467-9526 or email it to crgllc@gmail.com. The application fee is $25.00 per application and each person over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application. By
filling out the application and paying the application fee you are consenting to having a credit report run. We also need
income and employment verification. Please fax or email a recent paystub at the same time you complete the application. To
